2024 Fiano

$28.00

Tasting Notes: Fresh and vibrant with aromas of stone fruit, citrus zest, and a touch of sea salt. On the palate, it’s dry and crisp, showing layers of pear, lemon, and a subtle almond nuttiness. A gentle minerality runs through the wine, while a mouth-filling texture provides depth and balance.

Winemaking: Gently pressed & matured in stainless steel tank for 10 months on lees.

Vineyard: Deep sandy loam soils providing balanced vineyard growth and bold fruit forward flavours. Our Nana’s favourite vineyard, where she is found most days tending to the vines.

Food Pairing: Seafood, chicken, tomato-based dishes (or honestly just about anything).

Reviews: “Fabulous drink. Fabulous flavour. This wine rings loud and clear with flavours and scents of tropical fruit, green apple, aromatic herbs and woodsmoke. It’s lively and flavoursome and zippy and all those things. One sip and you know that a) it’s good and b) you’re in for a ride. Price is very smart too. ” - Campbell Mattinson (campbellmattinson.com)

“From estate-grown fruit, gently pressed and matured in stainless-steel tanks on lees for 10 months. A spring posy of elderflower, lime leaf and feijoa. A hint of blackberry thorn and wheatgrass. Fruit intensifies into tropical notes of honeydew melon and nashi pear. A juicy line of acidity with twinkles of sea salt specks. This is hard not to love and a wine that would be perfect for crowds, as it’s full of sunshine and crystal clean tree and island fruit. A crispy finish and ideal for many occasions, namely with good friends and loads of smiles and laughter. Drink now - 2028 “ - Shanteh Wale (SA Wine Guide 2026)
