2025 Fiano
Textural, nutty aromatics, honey and acidity.
Grape Variety: 100% Estate Grown Fiano
Region: Seaview - McLaren Vale
Winemaking: Primary fermentation in stainless steel transferred to large format oak for 5 months before bottling.
Season: The 2025 growing season was defined by warm, dry conditions that tested the vineyard's resilience while ultimately delivering exceptional fruit quality. Warmer than average temperatures encouraged an early bud burst and accelerated the season, resulting in a vintage well ahead of the norm, We picked our Fiano on February 10, a month well in advance of a more usual March pick. During the lead-up to picking, we faced a challenging four-day heatwave and carefully removed sunburnt berries by hand to ensure only the best fruit made it into the winery. The warm, dry conditions also produced smaller berries with beautifully concentrated flavours and colour.
Vineyard: Planted in 1999 to shiraz, grafted to Fiano in 2022, Planted on a gentle south facing slope with rows running east west. The soil is a deep sandy loam with small river stones interspersed.
Technical : Alcohol: 12.5% Residual Sugar 0.0 g/L Vegan: Yes

Grape Varieties: Estate Grown 72% Grenache 28% Cinsault
Region: Blewitt Springs - McLaren Vale
Winemaking: Our 2026 Rosé is a blend of Grenache and Cinsault, selectively hand-picked on the final day of March. The two varieties were co-fermented in stainless steel, with a portion of the pressings transferred to seasoned French oak to add subtle texture and complexity. Following fermentation, the pressings were reunited with the free-run wine and transferred back to tank. After a short period of settling, the wine was bottled to capture its freshness, vibrancy and bright fruit expression.
Vineyards: Cinsault Vineyard - Planted in 2023 using cuttings from the oldest known Cinsault vineyard in McLaren Vale, this young block carries the promise of heritage and character.
Grenache Vineyard - Planted in 2023 on a steep, south-facing sandy hillside, this block was established using cuttings from our neighbour’s vineyard.

Bright, zippy and energetic, our 2026 Nero d’Avola is made in a fresh, juicy Novello-style. Think vibrant red berries, a little spice but light on its feet and still unmistakably Nero.
Pop it in the fridge for a little while and enjoy it chilled, or pour it at room temperature.

The fruit displayed outstanding balance, vibrant flavour development and excellent natural structure, producing wines with impressive depth, freshness and fine, integrated tannins.
Vineyard: Planted in 1998 to Shiraz the vineyard faces North with rows running North South. The soil is deep sandy loam with an ironstone seam running diagonally through the vineyard and small river stones in the higher southern end. This vineyard is almost completely dry grown, with the vines able to withstand some of our harshest summer heatwaves, It only receives minimal irrigation at those times, mostly for my peace of mind.
